COMFORT … We Need & Give Comfort
It’s been a pretty rough week. Heat records. Little rain, yet when it rains, deluge for 5 minutes. Nighttime craziness with Vacation Bible School. Trying to memorize lines when everyone knows I pretty much improve (sorry to the screen writer of our little nightly dramatic vignettes). And to top it all off, my grandkid went to emergency care.

Sunday, at their farm, he broke a clavicle in the bouncy house. They didn’t know until a few days later when they took him to the urgent care. Needless to say – his Bubbish (nana) wanted to comfort him so much but has to yield to the thousand miles separating them. But … we know others are comforting him.
Today’s Friday Friend has been mentioned before. This creative and thoughtful writer is my niece. You can find her blog here … These Are A Shadow.
But she occasionally puts an artistic presentation of a poem on her Facebook.
Here is a poem on … wait for it … comfort …

In the end … Comfort one another …

Thanks Katherine for the blessing.
