Christmas Past.
One of the three ghost of Ebenezer Scrooge was the Ghost of Christmas Past. He came to show the regrets, the errors, shortcomings, and the stupid decisions of our past life that has impacted our present.
I get it, I have made a lot of decisions that I know weren’t the healthiest. I missed opportunities. I disappointed others, especially disappointed myself at times. But the beauty of the very first Christmas is that Jesus came to bring hope, peace, joy, and love. He came to shine a light in the darkness and bring redemption.
I hold tight to that hope, to that love. And I don’t dread looking to the past.
So today, I post pictures from Christmas past. For they bring joy, not sadness.
