A Humpty-Dumpty World

Yep, broken. Tiny little fragments that don’t seem like they’ll ever fit together. That describes our world and so many lives today. Like the infamous Humpty-Dumpty, it’s a serious problem.

But there is hope

Humpty-Dumpty sat on a wall

Humpty-Dumpty had a great fall

And all the king’s horses

And all the king’s men

Couldn’t put Humpty together again

So Humpty was left broken

With nowhere to turn

But a lesson on grace

He would soon learn

For Jesus did heal him

As good as brand new

And He can do the same

To the brokenness in you

So turn now to Jesus

Receive a His mercy and grace

You don’t have to go far

He’s right here in this place

Used in a sermon about Nehemiah. Have a blessed day.

About Todd K Estes

In this journey called Life, it gets a bit muddy - But Jesus sees beyond the mud and sees the person He created, the person He loves, and the person He is still working on. I am one of those persons - and so are you. I am a sold-out follower of Jesus, husband way out of my league, father to a great son, part of the family of God, and pastor of a great church family - Evergreen Baptist in Appomattox.
