This weekend, I was able to spend time with my son and daughter-in-law. The precious, and too few, days remind me that those times are precious.
I grew up moving a lot. Friends were not easy to develop. Holidays were days we travelled to grandparents. Today – my siblings spread out across the eastern part of the US, and my wife’s family is 1200 miles away. So moments with our son and daughter are treasured.
Today, I just encourage to reach out, talk some, share your lives … and don’t ever forget the precious time you have.
That’s all. Go … call your parents. Text your kid. FaceTime your sibling. Hug your spouse.
And those in the family of God … remember, you are never alone.
